iSchool is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our range of online coding and programming courses for K-12 students. You will engage with parents through calls and chats, guiding them through our offerings and supporting them in making enrollment decisions.

Your role will involve building strong connections with potential clients, demonstrating the value of our programs, and achieving sales targets in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote our educational programs.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, and benefits to parents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to support enrollment.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to enrollment.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales opportunities.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects to address questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align communication strategies.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and chat.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate parents' schedules.
