About The Role
As a Red Bull Musketeer, you not only embody the Red Bull lifestyle, but you are also a true ambassador for the brand itself. You work with the best cafes, restaurants, universities, fitness/social clubs, and events, building long-term partnerships with full commitment and always looking for new opportunities to give wings to the brand. You are pursuing the goal of increasing Red Bull's sales through creative concepts and new distribution points. This full-time role offers you the opportunity to develop freely in an ambitious and reliable team.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
RED BULL AMBASSADOR
You will use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand. Bring the brand to life, from the trendiest cafés, the best places in town, and the biggest universities, to the most private and exclusive events. Provide excellence and take responsibility for the visibility and availability of our products wherever you go. ALLIANCE BUILDER You will act as a trusted business partner, strengthen and nurture our long-term professional relationships with established customers. Create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts. Create and maintain a network of decision makers in the hospitality and gastronomy scenes spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull. You will take pride in building your personal reputation within the local scene based on your extensive knowledge of the industry and the latest trends. CITY ENTREPRENEUR You will take full responsibility for the On-Premise (HORECA) sales and marketing activities for your region. Know your region like the back of your hand, keep an eye on the latest trends, and maintain a sharp look out for new opportunities. You will develop and deploy strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull. INDISPENSIBLE BUSINESS CONSULTANT You will make every appointment with your customers the highlight of their day. They look forward to benefitting from your insightful thoughts, observations, and strategic considerations. All while utilising your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Red Bull. Surpassing previous marketing and sales goals. You have a creative approach to problem solving and marketing, coming up with new and innovative ways to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise (HORECA) sector.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Resident & familiar with the Delta region.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Passion for the hospitality industry, previous experience highly valued within the industry or similar roles.
- Solutions orientated with a commercial acumen.
- A Bullish winning mindset.
- Passionate, professional, responsible with a can-do attitude.
- You have established contacts in the night scene and/or you are able to make them quickly and smoothly.
- You enjoy flexibility and independence– this position is not a 9-5 desk job, you must be comfortable working out in venues and on nights/weekends.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Street smart. Know what's going on in the streets – understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them.
- Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
