Executive Assistant - Your future position?

As an Executive Assistant you will perform administrative tasks to a senior executive with high degree of autonomy with a proactive, solution oriented mindset.

You will report directly to the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and will be based in Dubai.

In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling meetings for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and interact with stakeholders to ensure meetings are set-up and follow up,
• Screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding on behalf of the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA,
• Scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and recording minutes, communicating to participants,
• Taking notes during meetings and prepare meeting minutes, following up on action items from meetings and ensuring completion
• Booking travel arrangements for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA
• Preparing travel expense reports and ensuring reimbursement
• Managing the agenda (vacation, travel, time management etc…)
• Scheduling global/regional meetings, taking minutes and performing necessary follow up as needed
• Exercising discretion in all activities and in any circumstances
• Assisting in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
  
  

Your professional profile includes:

• Degree in administration, business, or relevant field preferred but not required
• 5+ years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably from larger organizations
• Experience in supporting senior leaders
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in PowerPoint and sound knowledge in excel
• Strive for superior customer experience
• Priority Setting and Proactive mindset
• Ability to manage different multiple inquiries
• Passion for success and willingness to go the extra mile
