We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor / Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, managing stock replenishment processes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role requires a proactive approach to inventory management to optimize operational efficiency and meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

- Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

- Monitor and report on inventory metrics and trends.

نبحث عن مشرف مخزون / أخصائي جرد ذو تنظيم عالٍ واهتمام بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المسؤول عن مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإدارة عمليات إعادة التوريد والتأكد من دقة سجلات المخزون. يتطلب هذا الدور نهجًا استباقيًا لإدارة المخزون لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتلبية احتياجات العمل.

**المهام الرئيسية:**

- إدارة مستويات المخزون والتأكد من دقة السجلات.

- إجراء تدقيقات منتظمة للمخزون ومعالجة الفروقات.

- تنسيق عمليات إعادة التوريد لتجنب النقص أو الزيادة في المخزون.

- مراقبة وإعداد تقارير حول مؤشرات الأداء للمخزون.

- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتحسين عمليات سلسلة التوريد.

- تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات لإدارة المخزون.

**المؤهلات:**

- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المخزون أو الإشراف على المخزون.

- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.

- إتقان برامج وأدوات إدارة المخزون.

- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
