Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>
Manage devices remotely to ensure optimal performance.<\/li> Implement and apply security updates in line with established cybersecurity protocols.<\/li> Install protective systems on all devices utilized by Ministry personnel, adhering to cybersecurity standards.<\/li> Address the client's specifications for new systems requiring installation on staff devices.<\/li> Provide support for the execution of hardware updates within the organization.<\/li>

- +3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of network connectivity and protocols.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer and LogMeIn.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
