Responsibilities
- Automating training processes and building a training and development business model
- Raising the level of quality of training and development outputs
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the company's diverse client base.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training material and curricula.
- Deliver training using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and of the highest quality.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a training specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience developing training material, curricula, and assessments.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
