Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of current protection systems while ensuring their regular maintenance.
- Implement cybersecurity protocols in accordance with established procedures.
- Enforce security updates as recommended by manufacturers.
- Troubleshoot performance-related issues with protection systems during operations.
- Ensure comprehensive installation of systems on all customer devices, adhering to relevant client policies.
- Initiate support tickets with manufacturers for unresolved issues and coordinate follow-ups until resolution.
- Deliver prompt support for the deployment of protective services.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity systems and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or COBIT.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
