Responsibilities
Review and improve the wired and wireless network. Supporting the Ministry's network and ensuring that it works as it should at all sites. Periodic maintenance of the Ministry's network in the field and ensuring the stability of the network in all facilities. Preparing and submitting reports describing the nature of faults, performance levels and problems, and providing appropriate solutions Periodic review of the internal network design in the facilities and the mechanism of linking to the main and cloud centers. Providing technical support to all the Ministry's teams by researching and tracking the problem and implementing solutions related to the role and tasks of the department. Support, management and development of WAN-SD smart network solutions. Full knowledge of SDN technologies for wired networks. Support, management and maintenance of control admission network solutions. Full knowledge of wired and wireless network protection techniques and work on applying them. Installing new equipment in all facilities. Management of periodic updates and security. Supervision of technicians and contractors during the installation or maintenance of the network facilities Execute critical technical tasks that require expertise and high technical knowledge at internal and external sites
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS
- Familiarity with network security protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
