JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a skilled Project Control Manager to enhance our project management capabilities and drive the success of our infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project control functions, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that not only align with our commitment to high standards of engineering excellence but also support the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring project performance using established metrics, conducting detailed analyses of project data, and identifying potential risks and areas for improvement. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ensure that each project aligns with the strategic goals of JASARA PMC.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project control strategies, processes, and systems.
- Establish and maintain project baselines, including scope, budget, and schedule.
- Conduct regular monitoring and reporting of project status and performance against established benchmarks.
- Identify risk factors and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with project teams to improve processes and promote best practices in project control.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead training sessions for project control staff to enhance skills and compliance with procedures.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the engineering and construction sector.
- Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret project data.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
