As the CRM Manager at On-Hire, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer relationships and improve customer retention and satisfaction. Your expertise will help us leverage customer data to drive personalized marketing efforts and improve overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the CRM strategy to maximize customer lifetime value and enhance engagement.
- Analyze customer data to gain insights into purchasing behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments.
