Development Manager - Hotels (ENT603)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Development Manager - Hotels. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of world-class hotel projects that align with our vision of creating premier entertainment and leisure experiences in Saudi Arabia.

Your expertise in hospitality development will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of real estate management while ensuring that our hotel offerings meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. You will collaborate with industry partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to bring innovative hotel concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of hotel development projects from inception through completion
• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to determine project viability and optimal positioning
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and hotel operators
• Identify potential risks in the development process and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress, ensuring quality control and adherence to regulations and standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
