Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Manager, Cost Planning (CDU 240). In this crucial role, you will play a significant part in the financial planning and execution of our diverse projects, ensuring that all cost-related activities are conducted in accordance with our strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include developing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for monitoring project expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive cost plans for projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic and operational goals.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Monitor project financial performance, conducting variance analyses to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather relevant data for cost planning and forecasting.
  • Provide regular financial reports to senior management, detailing project cost status and potential risks.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and improvements in financial processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform cost planning strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, construction management, or a related field

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
