Responsibilities
Servers and follow-up in the event of faults with the manufacturer Work required for communications and video Integrated work with some Webex, Huawei, Genesis and Teams systems POC work for new solutions. Work on solving the Ministry's students in terms of activating communications applications Adding some features to phones that are called in terms of viewing Install security updates according to the specifications followed with cyber security Ongoing support Installing applications and services according to the Ministry's requirements. Monitor servers, solve problems, experience and experience with them. Ensure the stability of the joint communications system Ensure the stability of the remote trial video system. Ensure the stability of the fax system
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or telecommunications.
- At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing unified communications solutions.
- Experience in configuring Webex, Huawei, Genesis and Teams systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to unified communications systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
