Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement essential integration procedures with clients.
- Oversee the regular release of updates and enhancements.
- Deliver optimal technical support to customers.
- Create tools aimed at minimizing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Design programs to integrate seamlessly with internal systems.
- Perform analyses to identify problems and streamline processes.
- Continuously monitor to resolve technical issues and validate operational procedures.
- Develop programs to boost system performance in line with customer requests.
- Manage design procedures, troubleshoot issues, and conduct maintenance.
- Record procedures and workflows accurately.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps role.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Ruby.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment principles and practices.
- Expertise in Puppet or Chef for configuration management.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure management, including AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience in managing DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and other software tools.
