Responsibilities
Evaluate business processes, forecast needs, identify improvement opportunities, and design and implement solutions Conducting continuous assessments of corporate operations and finding optimal solutions. Keeping abreast of the latest IT processes and innovations in order to automate and update procedures. Holding meetings and making presentations to exchange ideas and discoveries. Perform a needs analysis. Follow-up and reporting of work results. Communicate ideas and goals to team members and cross-functional management in an effective manner. Obtaining important information from meetings held with several stakeholders and preparing useful reports Coordination of cooperation between customers, technicians and management. Allocate resources while maintaining cost effectiveness. Ensure solutions meet the company's requests and expectations. Perform user acceptance testing. Project management, including project supervision, strategy formulation, and performance review. Updating and implementing procedures and following up on their continuity. Giving priority to initiatives according to companies' needs and requirements. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing resources and priorities that conflict with them. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely project completion.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
