Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and strategies, identify and document project requirements, objectives, tasks, timelines, project deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, and within budget.
- Provide overall direction and technical guidance to the project team, tracking project progress, and identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure project delivery is consistent with company standards, procedures, and policies, identifying areas for process improvement where necessary.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on progress and targeting successful project delivery.
- Manage risk and facilitate issue resolution, escalating items as needed.
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables, tracking and reporting on project metrics, and coordinating and conducting project post-mortems.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate individuals.
- Knowledge and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
