Product Manager / IT Project manager -JO290

Responsibilities

• Ensure the development of a deep understanding of objectives and business processes to implement product priorities and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure strong relationships are built and communicate regularly with product and customer stakeholders to shape product strategy and identify priorities and needs.
• Monitor business, market and technology trends to improve product strategy and proactively propose new solutions and ideas.
• Preparing product road maps and launch plans that meet requirements and achieve business results.
• Ensure the translation of work requirements into a practical product and high-quality technical requirements that achieve beneficiary satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and work proactively to improve the product.
• Determine the resources and skills required for the product team to achieve the product roadmap.
• Ensure the management and direction of the product team to define, plan and deliver the scope of work, applying established delivery methodologies (eg agile) and best practices (eg, reuse).
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and product challenges to achieve business objectives for the product, including technical and business challenges.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial, and IT governance standards (such as architecture, compliance, and security).
• Maximize the benefit of the product.
• Manage product investment and financial decisions, taking a return on investment approach to increase value while reducing product costs.
• Ability to manage multiple related products.
• The ability to identify and follow up key performance indicators related to the product to measure performance and contribute to achieving business goals and strategy
• Ensuring the continuity of inventorying feedback from product beneficiaries and making improvements
