Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for the position of Director, Programs (CDU 239). In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving programmatic initiatives that align with Qiddiya’s vision of creating a premier entertainment and cultural destination. Your leadership will shape the direction and execution of various programs, ensuring that they deliver maximum value and impact.

As the Director of Programs, you will be responsible for coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of programs and facilitate continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee program strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive program execution across various projects.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including government entities, private sector partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and support to program managers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed for successful project delivery.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management that detail program progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance program effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10-15 years of experience in program management or leadership roles, preferably in large-scale projects within the entertainment or development sectors
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to inform strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in dealing with government entities and an understanding of regulatory requirements is desirable
