Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Programs to join our innovative team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of programs that support our strategic vision and enhance the overall customer experience.

As the Senior Manager, Programs, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that programs are aligned with business goals and executed efficiently. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, driving program success, and supporting the development of groundbreaking experiences at Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of program strategies that align with Qiddiya’s overall objectives and initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.
  • Monitor program performance against defined metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on program status and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and synergy between programs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Provide mentorship and support to program managers and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that Qiddiya remains ahead of the curve in program development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management or similar roles, preferably in the entertainment or large-scale development sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex program challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (such as Agile, Lean, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional certifications (such as PMP, PgMP) are an advantage.
