To standardize and manage the overall service and operational quality across the Mashreq Plus VRM Channel, ensuring adherence to banks policies, SOP’s and compliance with regulations at all levels.
To create, negotiate, implement and monitor the success of all SLA’s with all partners
To ensure that Mashreq Plus VRM's involvement in operational issues is brought to minimum level
Responsibilities
Assist the Mashreq Plus relationship management team in maintaining and developing both existing and prospective relationships.
Provide support & services to all the walk-in and existing Mashreq Plus, customers as per the agreed SLA.
Provide end to end support on new business applications and after sales requests received from customers holding Investment &/or Insurance products with the Bank.
Be aware of potential cross-sell opportunities from existing portfolio & assist the Relationship Management Team in closure.
Liaise regularly with various departments (e.g. CPC, FTC, OPS, Compliance, Credit Ops…etc) within the bank and entertaining requests and enquiries pertaining to Cheque Clearing and other transactions and/ or documentation.
Assist the Mashreq Plus VRM, in ensuring all documentation is up to standard and up to date and ensuring that MER exception items are kept to a minimum.
Adhere to all policies with regard to KYC/ AML as set out by the bank from time to time.
Update line manager on daily business activities for better controls.
Update all customer interactions on CRM.
Respond to opportunities arising for Cross-selling, referring all opportunities to the relevant Relationship Managers or SSOs.
Handles all allocated functions with strict adherence to set processes.
Enhance usage of Alternate Delivery channel.
Assists RMs in conducting day to day transitions.
Qualifications
University Graduate.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Arabic language is an added advantage.
At least, 2 years’ experience in a similar job with another bank / financial services.
