Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for the position of Manager, Programs, an essential role within our vibrant team. This position is designed for a visionary leader who will be instrumental in orchestrating and guiding the successful execution of various programs that align with our strategic objectives and the overarching goal of establishing Qiddiya as a premier destination for entertainment and recreation.

The Manager, Programs will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborative planning, resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to create impactful programs that resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the program planning and execution process, including defining program objectives, scope, deliverables, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams in the delivery of project milestones, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, analyzing metrics to inform decision-making and improve future program delivery.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance program effectiveness.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex programs or portfolios within the entertainment, tourism, or large-scale project sectors.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
