  • Address and resolve complaints from retail customers to ensure satisfaction, improve customer experience, and enhance retail operations
  • Oversee the payment channels system to ensure its proper functioning and address any issues related to this payment platform.
  • Act as the main point of contact and oversight for all diverse systems within the organization, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and addressing any operational concerns.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities for new releases, change requests, and service integrations to ensure quality and functionality.
  • participate in meetings to review processes, changes, or issues to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Oversee credit back transactions, refunds, and merchant commissions to ensure accurate financial adjustments and compliance with policies.
  • Implement and test deployment activities, adjust service limits, and configure systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee communications with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and the Central Bank of Egypt (CPA) to resolve regulatory or compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BIS or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the same role or any related field.
  • Computer & MO Literacy.
  • ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Well organized & flexible.
  • Solid background to Company products & services.
  • Organized with highly focused diligence.
  • Strong result-oriented and customer-focused mentality
