Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments or clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
Support and Guidance: Provide support to team members, resolve any issues or roadblocks they encounter, and ensure they have the necessary resources and guidance to succeed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of the creative team, providing feedback and guidance to foster growth and development.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of project details, timelines, and team performance; prepare reports for management when needed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Creative Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in managing creative teams or office management roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a creative team.
