Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Creative Team Office Manager, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications within the creative team and between departments.
Project Tracking: Help track the progress of ongoing projects, update timelines, and ensure all materials are on track for delivery.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records, project files, and documentation related to creative projects and team activities.
Resource Management: Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and any other resources the creative team needs to work efficiently.
Communication Liaison: Serve as an intermediary between the creative team and other departments, ensuring proper communication and timely information flow.
Meeting Preparation: Help prepare materials for team meetings, presentations, and client interactions, ensuring all necessary documents are ready.
Team Support: Provide support to team members by helping with administrative tasks, scheduling, and other duties as needed to ensure the team’s success.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Creative Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a creative environment.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
