Assistant Office Manager for Creative Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Creative Team Office Manager, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications within the creative team and between departments.
  • Project Tracking: Help track the progress of ongoing projects, update timelines, and ensure all materials are on track for delivery.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records, project files, and documentation related to creative projects and team activities.
  • Resource Management: Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and any other resources the creative team needs to work efficiently.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as an intermediary between the creative team and other departments, ensuring proper communication and timely information flow.
  • Meeting Preparation: Help prepare materials for team meetings, presentations, and client interactions, ensuring all necessary documents are ready.
  • Team Support: Provide support to team members by helping with administrative tasks, scheduling, and other duties as needed to ensure the team’s success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Creative Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a creative environment.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
