In this role, you will oversee all aspects of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and related facilities, ensuring they reflect our commitment to quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development of hospitality projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to guide project decisions and development strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to create innovative and appealing hospitality offerings.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient execution and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel operators, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in hospitality development.
- Deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Stay informed on global hospitality trends and best practices to ensure competitive positioning of Qiddiya’s offerings.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the hospitality development sector, with a focus on hotel and resort development.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale hospitality projects from concept through completion.
- Strong understanding of local and international hospitality trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant tools.
