We are on the lookout for a seasoned Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing strategies, particularly aimed at increasing our footprint in the LATAM region. As a forward-thinking fintech company, we aim to leverage influencer partnerships to elevate our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
· Influencer Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify key influencers on major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube within our target demographics.
· Relationship Cultivation: Build and sustain strong relationships with influencers and influencer agencies to facilitate long-term collaborations.
· Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and expectations with influencers, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and deliver successful outcomes.
· Content Briefs: Create engaging and thorough content briefs for influencer campaigns and product launches, ensuring adherence to brand messaging and quality standards.
· Creativity and Trend Application: Inject creativity into campaigns while keeping abreast of industry trends to maximize campaign success and stay updated with developments in influencer marketing.
· Brand Activations and Events: Play an active role in and support influencer brand activations and events, ensuring the effective execution of promotional activities.
What we look for from you:
· Previous Influencer Marketing Experience: Demonstrated success in an Influencer Marketing role.
· Passion for Influencer Marketing: A strong interest and hands-on experience in influencer marketing, particularly within the fintech sector.
· Creativity and Commercial Acumen: A blend of creativity and commercial understanding, capable of balancing innovative ideas with business objectives.

· Brand Activations and Events: Actively participate in and support influencer brand activations and events, ensuring the smooth execution of promotional activities.
