On-Hire is currently seeking enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and candidates, effectively communicating the benefits of our recruitment services, and driving sales growth through persuasive communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates to introduce our recruitment services.
- Engage prospects in conversation to determine their needs and how our services can meet them.
- Manage and maintain a database of leads and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our services.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales techniques and strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and activity logs as needed.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma is required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
