On-Hire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments, providing insights and financial guidance that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, highlighting key variances and insights.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting updates.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Assist in the development of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
