ASICO Real Estate is looking for a seasoned Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations, enhance tenant relations, and spearhead property marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in real estate leasing and property marketing, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills and the capability to oversee multiple properties and agents. This position entails working closely with property management teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the leasing strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate leasing or property management in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Proven ability to develop creative marketing strategies
- Must have UAE driving license.
- Fluent in English.
