Our distributed teams are located in Tunisia, Egypt, KSA, Palestine, Nigeria & India. We were founded in 2011 in Riyadh, KSA, as an app development company (previously Ibtikar technologies) that successfully pivoted our model to support the growing need of startups and companies seeking to hire and manage their own engineering team remotely with engineers vetted by Squadio’s talent community.

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our HR department. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for Mass-Hiring, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical roles. Your role will involve networking with potential candidates, promoting our employer brand, and ensuring that we attract the best professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates from various platforms, such as LinkedIn and job portals
  • Review and analyze resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to final candidate selection
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through online and offline networking
  • Promote our employer brand and create a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical roles - Massive Hiring is a Must
  • Strong knowledge of technical skills and requirements for IT roles
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in remote recruitment is a plus.
