Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the permitting process for various projects within Qiddiya Investment Company.
• Prepare and submit permits for construction and land use, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, conducting meetings and providing required documentation.
• Monitor the progress and status of all permit applications, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for permit applications and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all permitting activities, including correspondence, application documents, and approvals.
• Conduct research on zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental laws to ensure informed decision-making during the permitting process.
• Advocate for project approvals by effectively communicating project benefits and addressing community and regulatory concerns.
