This role involves delivering expert advice and assistance on various architectural and interior design initiatives. As an SME, you will engage with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to drive the successful execution of design projects.
Your responsibilities will span all phases of the design workflow, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and construction documentation. You will also offer technical insights and recommendations aimed at improving the quality and execution of designs.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural and interior design
- Proven expertise in conceptualization, planning, and design execution
- Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding architectural and interior design projects
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to provide expert guidance and support to design teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
