Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive economic analyses and feasibility studies for various land development projects, considering factors such as return on investment, land value, and market demand.
  • Lead assessment, planning, and governance of large-scale development projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants for economic analysis, adoption strategies, governance frameworks, and cost modelling.
  • Ensure alignment with regulations, operational needs, and sustainability goals.
  • Review masterplan revisions, land ownership, tenancy agreements, and commitments.
  • Develop a District Management Framework for service delivery, facilities, and operations.
  • Create cost models for accurate financial projections and sustainability.
  • Formulate an Adoption Strategy aligned with Qiddiya City’s Operational Framework.
  • Engage stakeholders to define responsibilities, infrastructure needs, and maintenance obligations.
  • Address governance deviations and propose alternative structures.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in economics, land economics, real estate, urban planning, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 11-14 years of relevant experience in land economics, real estate development, or financial analysis, with a proven track record in conducting economic assessments for large-scale projects.
    • Experience in the GCC region and familiarity with local economic conditions and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in economic modelling and analytical tools.
    • Experience with GIS and land development software is a plus.
    • Competency in market research techniques and financial forecasting.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
