JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Contracts Senior Manager to join our esteemed organization. As a key player in the joint venture established by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to advancing social infrastructure projects that fulfill the goals of Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the contracts management process, ensuring that all aspects of contract development, negotiation, and management are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including project teams, external partners, and legal advisors, to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to mitigate any risks associated with contract execution.
Your leadership will be critical in establishing robust contract strategies, guiding teams in contract interpretation, and addressing complex contractual issues. The Contracts Senior Manager will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring open communication and promptly resolving any disputes that may arise.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from development through negotiation to execution and compliance.
- Collaborate with project management teams to establish effective contract strategies that align with project goals.
- Review and analyze contractual documents to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Advise on risk management and dispute resolution strategies, facilitating timely resolutions.
- Provide guidance and support to the contract management team while ensuring continuous professional development.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management on contract status, risks, and performance metrics.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management, including significant leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of contract law and the procurement cycle in the infrastructure sector.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in contracts management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and projects effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Experience in construction and engineering projects in the Middle East is preferred.
- Certifications in contract management, such as CCM or CPCM, are beneficial.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives is an asset.
