Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Management Specialist to join our team, focusing on cost planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the change process related to cost planning strategies and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for transitions. Key Responsibilities

· Create and execute communication plans to inform stakeholders about upcoming changes, timelines, and impacts on cost planning processes.
· Develop clear messaging and materials (e.g., presentations, newsletters) to communicate change initiatives.
4. Training and Support:
· Design and deliver training programs to help staff adapt to new cost planning processes and tools.
· Provide ongoing support and resources to stakeholders during the transition.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation:
· Track and assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
· Collect feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and ensure successful adoption.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management processes, including plans, communications, and training materials.
· Report on change management progress to senior leadership and provide insights on potential risks and challenges.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, Change Management or a related field.
· 8+ years’ experience in change management,
