JASARA are currently looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our innovative team. Senior Design Manager with a structural engineering background. To lead the Industrialised Construction Consultant in their delivery of a Structural Platforms for the Neighbourhoods. Role is to work with the ICC to deliver the structural platform design that will be implemented by all Neighborhood Engineers within THE LINE. Will also be working with the ICC on their lifting strategies, and construction methodology of the kits of parts.
Responsibilities
- Active Structural Engineer, that can review and comment on structural engineering design.
- Needs to have experience in Industrialised Construction including Modular construction and Design for Manufacture and Assembly.
- Need to have Design Consultancy experience as a Structural Engineer.
- Have experience overseeing Multidisciplinary design.
- Medium or high rise building experience required.
- Requires experience of seeing designs through to construction.

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 25 years of relevant experience in design management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within specified timeframes and budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of design software and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
