We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Golf Operations to join us in delivering an exceptional golf experience across our public and private courses. Working alongside our Golf Operations team, you will help shape the daily operations and guest experience of our golf facilities, ensuring they meet the highest international standards while catering to both seasoned players and those new to the sport. Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the golf facility, including course maintenance, tee time management, and member services.
• Work closely with the golf management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to golf operations.
• Support the planning and execution of tournaments, events, and programs to enhance member and guest engagement.
• Engage with guests and members, ensuring an exceptional experience through outstanding service and responsiveness to feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote golf offerings and increase participation.
• Train and mentor staff on operational best practices and service standards.
