In this vital role, you will support the commercial team in executing strategic objectives and delivering exceptional results for our projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to manage commercial activities and contribute to the overall success of Qiddiya’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize project performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that align with business goals
- Support contract negotiations and administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
- Monitor project performance metrics and identify areas for cost optimization
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations
- Foster relationships with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to support project objectives
- Assist with risk management processes and ensure timely resolution of commercial issues

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role, preferably within the real estate or construction sectors

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and commercial analysis software
