Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Commercial. This position is critical in supporting the commercial activities of our project teams and contributing to the success of our innovative entertainment and leisure offerings.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with project objectives.
- Perform market analysis and research to identify business opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Support revenue management efforts by analyzing sales data and identifying trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts related to commercial activities.
- Assist in contract reviews and negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor project performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Provide support in coordinating meetings and workshops related to commercial planning.
- Mentor and guide junior staff within the commercial team to nurture development and enhance team performance.
