We are looking for an innovative and experienced Associate Director - Commercial to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of key projects, ensuring that we meet financial goals while delivering exceptional experiences to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee financial modeling, budget preparation, and cash flow management for assigned projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze market trends and assess potential risks, providing recommendations to mitigate financial exposure.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, commercial partners, and project teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve favorable terms and performance outcomes.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on commercial performance to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop commercial staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Support the overall business development efforts by identifying new markets and opportunities for project expansion.
• Interface with other departments, ensuring smooth coordination between commercial functions and operational execution.
