Job Purpose:

Lead procurement and contracting functions to ensure the effective acquisition of goods and services, while

optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Accountabilities:

▪ Develop and execute procurement strategies.

▪ Manage end-to-end procurement processes.

▪ Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts.

▪ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

▪ Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.

▪ Optimize operational processes and document best practices for consistency.

▪ Manage budgeting processes to align resources with strategic goals.

▪ Oversee governance frameworks to promote accountability and transparency.

▪ Implement reporting mechanisms to track performance and progress.

▪ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while promoting organizational transparency.

متطلبات الوظيفة

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

▪ Preferred 5+ years of experience in procurement and contracting.
