Job Description
Sell Mashreq bank financial products & service.
Responsibilities
- To provide MashreqBank customer’s financial services which exceed the customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service
- Be imaginative and creative in the delivery of customer service.
- Take ownership of customer complaint resolution. Report indicators, set by managers accurately at the required frequency.
- Be a team player and contribute to achievement of goals targets based on MBOs/ KPIs, Also to support and coach new staff to make easier their assimilation in the MB family.
- Provide constructive and constant market feedback on improvement of products, services, processes which may either reduce cycle time or costs or enhance customer satisfaction.
- Attend Monthly/weekly daily sales meetings with BDM/ASM/TL and commit to sales target as per lists distributed.
- Contact customers on a daily basis, using direct approaches telephone, to meet & set appointments with customers.
- Conduct the set appointments with customers and profile them and achieve a sale.
- Conduct outside sales calls to potential Customers
- Attend weekly follow up meetings with AS!\’LTLto report achievement of the week’s target.
Qualifications
- The jobholder should have completed his/her, university graduates are better to have.
- They should have 2-3 years banking experience or experience in any other
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem Solving skills
- Interpersonal skills.
