Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Project Director - Infrastructure to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects that are vital to our ambitious entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and transportation systems.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to guide all phases of project execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to address potential issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the development and execution of infrastructure projects.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Continuously evaluate project performance, implementing improvements and efficiencies where possible.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and other key stakeholders involved in the infrastructure projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on driving results through collaborative efforts.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Expertise in risk management and compliance in project delivery.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
