This key position is integral to our mission of creating an unparalleled entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. As the Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various development projects, ensuring each initiative aligns with our strategic vision and quality standards.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, from initial concept through execution. You will be involved in market studies, project feasibility, budgeting, and stakeholder management, playing a vital role in bringing innovative concepts to fruition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development process for new projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple concurrent development projects
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and market research to inform project development
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and respond to queries
• Assess and review technical and commercial bids to ensure successful delivery of the assets.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks in the development process and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Oversee project progress and report updates to senior management, ensuring proactive issue resolution
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
