As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at b_labs, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for both tech and non-tech roles, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent. You will develop strategic sourcing methods, build strong talent pipelines, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, supporting learning and performance management, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Your expertise in fast-paced environments and hands-on approach will contribute to creating a collaborative, growth-focused, and values-driven culture at b_labs.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the Egyptian market, covering both tech and non-tech hiring.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring top tech & non-tech talent efficiently.
- Strong track record in building and enhancing employer branding within the Egyptian talent market.
- Experience working cross-functionally with interdisciplinary teams to align hiring needs with business goals.
- Hands-on experience in executing the full hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
- Proactive approach with a strong ability to engage directly with potential candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using cloud-based ATS tools to efficiently manage and track the candidate pipeline.
