الهدف من الوظيفة:

مسؤول عن تنفيذ العمليات اليومية داخل المستودع، بما في ذلك استلام البضائع، تخزينها، ترتيبها، وتجهيز الطلبات وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة، لضمان كفاءة عمليات سلسلة التوريد وتحقيق رضا العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• استلام الشحنات والتحقق من كمياتها وجودتها وفقًا للمواصفات المحددة.
• تصنيف وترتيب المنتجات داخل المستودع وفقًا لإجراءات التخزين المعتمدة.
• تجهيز الطلبات وتحميل البضائع وفقًا لطلبات العملاء أو الفروع.
• التأكد من تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء العمل.
• تسجيل البيانات المتعلقة بالمخزون وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة ومنظمة.
• التعاون مع فرق النقل واللوجستيات لضمان تسليم الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة سابقة في المستودعات أو المخازن تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• معرفة بإجراءات التخزين والسلامة.
• القدرة على استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون (إن وجدت).
• القدرة على تحمل العمل البدني والعمل ضمن فريق.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing orders according to established standards to ensure efficient supply chain processes and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments and verify quantities and quality as per specifications.
• Sort and arrange products within the warehouse according to storage guidelines.
• Prepare orders and load goods based on customer or branch requests.
• Ensure safety and occupational health standards are applied during operations.
• Record inventory data and generate necessary reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely order deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouses or storage facilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of storage and safety procedures.
• Ability to use inventory management systems (if applicable).
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties and work as part of a team.
