Product Analyst Sustainability, in the Product Team acts as the key player in analyzing the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver an E2E product that meets business expectations. At its core, the Product Analyst aims to understand and analyze user and business needs and contextualize them within services or products provided by CCH organization. The role is an essential part of agile working, with Product Analysts working closely with Testers, Product Managers and Developers to iteratively release working software. They must also command business analysis and business process improvement skills to investigate, analyze and articulate business problems and concepts, as well as opportunities for service improvement.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback and usage statistics, to understand user behavior and identify areas for product improvement and compile comprehensive reports and present findings and actionable insights to both product teams and senior management

• Collaborate with product managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and inform future development

• Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated throughout the product development process

• Actively participate in agile team meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with the wider team to align product development with user needs and business goals

• Facilitate user testing sessions to gather direct customer feedback, utilizing this data to refine product features and prioritize development tasks based on user-centric insights

• Support settings in ESG solutions, maintain relationship with Solution suppliers, understand specific customizations, run operational reports in Sustainability area

• Support sustainability master data requirements and liaise with master data departments for identifying master data solutions and realizing system changes related to master data

• Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specification.

• Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance)

• Together with the product manager as well as the solution/platform architects and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirements, provide solutioning while targeting simplification and standardization


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• University Degree in a relevant area

• 2+ years of experience in working with SAP S4 QM

• Strong understanding of ESG master data and reporting processes (Scope 1-3 definition, calculations methodology, etc.).

• Familiarity with global environmental laws and reporting frameworks, preferably as they relate to the sustainability area (EUDR, ESRS, etc)

• Ability to analyze and synthesize data into relevant insights.

• Skilled in design, mapping and analyzing business processes

• Effective communication with stakeholders

• Ability to read and interpret regulations; Ability to review data, conduct analyses, and prepare reports

• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports

• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies

• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

• Strong Knowledge of any other dashboard-building software (e.g PowerBI / Excel...)

• Previous Experience ESG solutions on the market is a plus

• English fluency verbal and written communication is a MUST.
