Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools and be able to transform raw data into actionable insights that will help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Preparation: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop regular reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to solve complex business problems and forecast trends.
• Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models, ensuring they align with business needs and goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in business processes through data insights.
• Data Documentation: Document data processes and methodologies to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analyses and respond to business queries related to data, performance metrics, and trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience 2 - 3 years as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Knowledge of statistical methods and experience applying them to business problems.
• Experience with data cleaning, data wrangling, and working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
