Legal Advisor

We are currently seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a law degree, either a Bachelor’s or a Master’s, and must be licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia. Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm, with at least 3 years in the corporate sector, which should include experience in labor courts or as in-house counsel. A familiarity with legal software and databases is essential. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of commercial contract law, which entails drafting and reviewing agreements, alongside experience in distribution law, privacy law, and tenancy law. Strong drafting, communication (both written and verbal), and negotiating skills are crucial for this role. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Candidates should be situated in a central location within the region.
