Join our growing team as an HR Operations Specialist! We are eager to bring on board a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting numerous facets of our human resources operations. Key responsibilities include: managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining precise employee records and data within HRIS systems (Jisr), assisting with benefits administration—including enrollment, changes, and claims resolution, providing support with payroll processing and compliance, and ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations is required. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and proficiency in HRIS systems. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
